Hi friends ! I would like to share my interesting story, when I got harashed by one of the furniture store,The BRick . This all happened at The BrIck at St james street winnipeg .
Last year when I was planning to buy my furniture , One my Friend warned me and said Do any thing, but do not go to The Brick .But I ignored his warning and landed my self in a trouble. I was there for a set of mattresses and they offered me socalled "a great deal' .Buy set of mattress and get a 42 Inch Plasma TV free. I just fell in to trap ,when one of the sales girl assured me, that the Tv Brand they are giving free is excellentone and have a one year exchange warranty. So ,I decided to buy that set of mattress.Any how ,they delivered this TV after one month and I was happy at least I have a plasama TV.After Few day I started feeling heat. Its real yaa.This TV screen was hot then my fireplace glass.SO I phoned The Brick and they sent some to exchange this TV with a new one. But Next one was even more worst. It use to get switched off by its own after half an hour. So I complained to brick and again they sent some one to exchange with New.So I got a new one, but what is this TV also was having same problem.It will stuck and have to unplug it to restart it again. This time Brick sent me a technician and he added one part in to it and said nothing will happen.But Problem was still there.So I complained again and this time Brick sent their subcontractor Trans global guys and they took away my TV. Its almost two months .I Tried calling Brick, but they are saying its not our problem.Its trans global and when I called trans global, they said they do not have parts of this TV. Finally I went to The Brick at ST james and started talking with receptionist OMG. In this heated exchange she agreed to call one manager.This Manager assured me that he will do some thing. So After few days I got a call from Trans global that they will be giving back my TV one Saturday. I took off from my work and started waiting for my TV.Since I took off so I promised kids that I will take them to park as well, but Trans global and The Brick was having some thing else in their mind.NO body showed up till evening .Next Day I called again and this time cutomer service girl promised me that that she will look in to matter and call me back. After few day I got a call saying that I will get my TV on coming Friday, but again after whole day waiting I did not see any delivery guy bringing my TV back.
Inters ting thing is in this whole episode I talked with about 20 people in The Brick and trans global , no body cared to apologise for delay or whole mess. I am still waiting for my TV.
SO friends if you are thinking of buying any furniture or electronic Item, Just think Twice .Because its you money. You can see me suffering after ignoring friends advice.
